I consider myself a food enthusiast. Not a food critic nor chef nor anyone with culinary training. To put it simply, I love food – eating it, talking about it, writing about it, sharing my experiences around it. I have been in New York for a number of years now, and what I love most about my life here is the restaurant scene / food & drink culture. It has inspired me to explore and learn more about what we encounter everyday – food. My mission is to see where food can take us, and write about my interesting journeys that lead me to shape my perspectives about food and life.
